Return & Exchange Policy

Hello Gorgeouz Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products and hygiene standards, we maintain a strict returns and exchanges policy.

General Policy

  • All returns and exchanges are issued as store credit only.

  • Monetary refunds are only issued if an incorrect item was sent by Hello Gorgeouz.

  • We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect selection, or dissatisfaction once hair has been shipped correctly.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange, all items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unaltered

  • Have lace uncut

  • Have tags attached

  • Be returned in original packaging

  • Be free of odors, makeup, styling products, or signs of wear

Items that do not meet these conditions will be rejected.

Return & Exchange Window

  • Requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.

  • Approved returns must be shipped back within 5 days of approval.

Store Credit

  • Store credit will be issued once the returned item passes inspection.

  • Store credits do not expire and can be used toward future purchases.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for all returns and exchanges.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Incorrect Orders

  • If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

  • Once verified, we will provide instructions for resolution.

  • In these cases only, a monetary refund or replacement may be issued.

Order Cancellations

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted by email within this window.

  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled under any circumstances.

  • Once an order enters processing, changes or cancellations are no longer guaranteed.
