  • During peak periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates

  • Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $250

  • Orders under $250 are subject to calculated shipping rates at checkout.

Delivery Time

  • Once shipped, orders are delivered within 4–6 business days across the United States.

  • Delivery times begin after the order has shipped, not at checkout.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to reflect movement.

Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

  • Hello Gorgeouz is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

  • Orders returned to us due to address issues may require additional shipping fees to be resent.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, Hello Gorgeouz is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • We strongly recommend shipping to a secure address.

Any claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.
