Hello Gorgeouz sells hair wigs, bundles, and related hair products for personal use only. Products may not be resold or redistributed without written permission.

All product descriptions, images, and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at our discretion.

3. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD)
Orders are not confirmed until payment is successfully processed
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud or policy abuse

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Hello Gorgeouz is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs issues, or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Once an order is shipped, ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit

All returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Exchanges Policy. Store credit is the primary form of resolution. Monetary refunds are issued only if Hello Gorgeouz ships an incorrect item.

6. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Orders that have shipped or entered processing cannot be canceled.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, graphics, and design elements, is the exclusive property of Hello Gorgeouz. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Hello Gorgeouz is not liable for:
